A Team That Started Bonding Early
None of this happens without the incredible people who show up every day. Just one month in, Dr. Nguyen took the whole team out for an afternoon at Chunky Knit with a Twist — a hands-on outing that had nothing to do with dentistry and everything to do with us. It was her way of saying: we are in this together, from day one.
Nobody walked in as a crafter. We walked out with tangled yarn, a few surprisingly decent finished pieces, and — most importantly — a stronger bond as a team. There was laughter, encouragement, and the kind of easy conversation that only happens when people genuinely enjoy each other’s company.
That energy — the warmth, the laughter, the care for one another — is the same energy we bring into the office every single day. It is what you feel when you walk in. It is what we want you to always feel.
